Voice broadcasting call reports

A good voice broadcasting campaign does not stop at making calls. Each campaign must be realized as to it’s effectiveness and the factors that affect it. If you wish to improve the effectiveness of your campaign then it is a must that you check the report in each of your campaign. I have provided here some information about the reports you can expect in voice broadcasting systems.

One important feature of voice broadcasting systems is it’s ability to generate reports. There are two. One is Real Time Report. You will see as your campaign is running where the calls went whether answering machines. fax machines, no answers, busy signals, bad numbers or if it was picked up by a live person.

Second is what we call the CDR or Call Detail Report. The CDR allows you to see everything that has transpired during your campaign. You will see which numbers was an answering machine, live connect, wrong number etc. This way you can manage the phone numbers. You may want to gather those numbers that were connected to follow up on customers. For those numbers that did not connect you can filter them and re run those numbers.

The CDR format obtained in each of these reports can be downloaded into an excel program and filtered from there. Should you need some assistance in reading the reports you can always contact your voice broadcasting provider for details.

Analyzing the report can serve as an objective way of checking the effectiveness of your campaign. You will see where the majority of calls go during a voice blast so that you can adjust the best time to call customers.
