How does Voice Broadcasting work? In a nutshell!
Just so that I point you in the right direction, what is it that you would be marketing?
Are you going to be doing seminars for CPAs and want to bring more people into your CPA firm? Are you a mortgage broker who wants to help lower the rate of people who are refinancing their mortgages? Do you have a carpet cleaning business and want to get more customers? Ok, then that is something voice broadcasting can help with.
Basically, with voice broadcasting a website exists where you can upload phone numbers that you may have or phone numbers you get from leads provider. You can then call in and record your own outbound greetings, or have a professional record them for you, which I recommend. Once they are on the site you can execute call campaigns anytime you like or schedule them to run on a regular daily, weekly, or monthly basis. When dialing out and the system reach an answering machine or voicemail, your message or commercial is left on their machine, and if a live person picks up, it’s the same thing, but they are given the option to press “one” to be cross-connected back to you for more information or “two” to be removed from your list. Your phone starts ringing within minutes, it’s a pretty awesome service.
What’s great about voice broadcasting is that it saves you time. Time is money and you don’t want to spend time dialing thousands of numbers and end up in people’s voice mails or worse be shout at by someone who’s not interested.
