In outbound voice broadcasting you may either pre-pay for your calls or maintain a monthly membership. Pricing is usually based on volume. Try to ask for perks if you purchase higher volumes. There usually are.

What if there is no answer or a busy signal, do I get charged for the call?

Commonly there are no charges for busy, bad numbers or non-answered calls. The system can be set to automatically make several attempts on all unanswered calls.

How quickly can I get my campaign going?

Can I choose if I want only live answers or answering machine only campaigns?

You have the choice of executing any of the following type of campaigns:

Machine Only Campaign - your advertising message is left on answering machines and voice mails only. When a live person is reached they receive an apology for the wrong number.

Live only - When a live person is reached your advertising message is delivered . If the respondent requests more information they are immediately transferred to the telephone number of your choice.

Blended Campaign - If an answering machine is reached your advertising message is left. If a live person is reached your advertising message is played. If the respondent requests more information they will immediately be transferred to the telephone number of your choice.
