Business to Businesses Voice Broadcasting
A virtually untapped market, marketing to business establishments through Voice broadcasting is something not everyone is doing. Only a fraction of businesses that use voice blast ever target businesses. The reason behind being that big companies have voice prompts or automated answering machines. With that the most feasible approach is by manually dialing those numbers. Unless you have the direct lines of the big boss then voice mail blast will not work well with these big corporations.
However, if the product that you’re selling or the service that you’re offering can target small and medium sized enterprise then you have a good shot with voice mail broadcasting. Though for some the call still by passes the secretary if any, the best approach is by leaving voice mail messages after working hours.
Whether you are selling ink cartridges, bond papers, office supplies, daily news papers or you may be conducting a seminar for better business management, all of these can be made possible through voice broadcasting. Leaving voice mail message at night or after work will prove beneficial as you can make sure that your greeting is saved in their office phone. With a great offer and great sales pitch your phone will be ringing off the hook as people will start calling your office to avail the offer.
Doing live calls can also prove to be effective as some small size businesses have the decision makers answer the phone directly. Doing mixed campaign a couple of times will test which approach will serve you better.
